A natural next step
Put the printed picture cards in order, point to what comes next and use the words you already know. By the sink, on the fridge or at the dining table – let the pictures guide you through the routine.
- Your own character. Create a personal character from a photo, or build one yourself in Pictofy. Use it in your pictograms so the same character appears throughout the routine.
- Two pictogram packs you choose. Choose morning, bedtime or getting dressed, for example. You get two pictogram packs with up to 10 cards each.
- Routine boards and a guide included. Get a cover with a name and character, the Now and next and My routine boards, and Break, Help and Finished support cards. A short guide helps you get started. Download the whole kit or individual parts. Printing the cover is optional.
- Ready for print and screen. Adapt the labels, download A4 PDFs with cut marks, or arrange the cards in schedules and routines. You can also order the pictograms as cut-out sheets, stickers or magnets.

What exactly do I get?
- Two personal pictogram packs with up to 10 cards each.
- A character from a photo is included — or build one for free without a photo.
- Print-ready A4 cards, a personalised cover, two matching routine boards, three support cards and a short guide. Cards can also be used on screen.
Which extras are included?
Alongside your two pictogram packs, you get 20 image credits and 30 days of automatic updates to shared schedules. An extra card costs 1 credit without a character or 3 credits with your character — enough for six extra personal cards, for example. You keep the credits after the 30 days. The time limit applies only to shared schedule updates, not your PDFs.
Do I need to upload a photo?
No. Start with “Use a photo” or “Build your own”, free without an account. Choose two pictogram packs while the photo character is being made, or immediately after the builder. Confirm the first pictogram pack for the sample and approve the photo character before we make three cards.
What if the character does not look like my child?
See the character before the sample cards are made. You can adjust it in the builder or approve the illustrated character made from your photo. Review the three cards from your chosen pictogram pack before deciding whether to buy. The sample is free.
Is this a subscription?
No. The starter pack costs $19 once. Nothing is charged again and there is nothing to cancel. Use your PDFs again and again — without a subscription. You can keep arranging your pictograms into schedules and routines, using them on screen and printing for free.
Is anything shipped?
No. The starter pack is digital, for screen use and A4 printing. When you buy after the personal preview, both selected pictogram packs open on the delivery page after payment. You can get an access link by email to return later. Physical products are sold separately.
How are the cards checked?
We automatically check that the action is clear, the character recognisable and the picture free of visible defects. For issues suitable for correction, we try once at no extra credit cost and check again. Checks can miss errors, so always review the pictures and words before using the cards.
Do I need an account before paying?
No. Create your character from a photo or in the builder first. Then choose both pictogram packs and confirm the first for three free sample cards. You can change the second before payment. If you buy, pay with Stripe and open both pictogram packs directly afterwards. You can have an access link sent to your payment email. No password needed.
How long does it take?
This can take a few minutes. Choose your pictogram packs while the photo character is being made. From the builder, go straight to choosing pictogram packs. Once the first pictogram pack is confirmed and the character is approved, we make three cards. They appear one at a time and can be used and printed free as soon as they are ready.
Where does the photo go?
Your photo is stored privately. You approve the cartoon before it is used for cards. Your preview is available for 24 hours and you can delete it. See the privacy policy for processing and deletion details.
What happens as my child’s routines change?
Nothing starts by itself. You always keep the PDFs, the character and unused credits. When routines shift across nursery/school start, holidays, siblings or shared schedules, you can upgrade to Family+ (with seasonal packs, two sibling characters, 100 monthly image credits and live shared schedule updates) and credit your starter pack within 30 days.
Is VAT added?
No VAT is added. $19 is the final price. Payment goes through Stripe.
